3. Account Creation & Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the taya666 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification is grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. taya666 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the taya666 support team immediately so that appropriate security measures can be applied. taya666 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have formally notified us of a breach prior to the activity occurring.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
By using taya666, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You must not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, or any form of cheating. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
You must not attempt to access any area of the platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the platform in any way. The platform may not be used for any money laundering activity or to facilitate transactions that have no legitimate gaming purpose. Players are expected to engage with the platform's games and markets in good faith, accepting that outcomes are determined by fair and random processes. taya666 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where evidence of abuse, manipulation, or breach of these usage rules is identified. 5. Payments & Transactions (PHP)
All deposits and withdrawals on the taya666 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided to the platform are accurate and belong to accounts or instruments registered in their own name. taya666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment method must match the name on the registered player account. Deposits made from mismatched sources may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended for investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity and payment verification requirements. taya666 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing a withdrawal, which may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 6. Limitation of Liability

taya666 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites or services that may be referenced on or linked from the platform. Players access any such external resources entirely at their own risk. In no event shall taya666's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — and regardless of whether taya666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
taya666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, multiple account creation, fraudulent payment activity, abuse of promotional terms, violation of fair play obligations, or any conduct that taya666 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond where this is appropriate and practicable.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the taya666 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts closed due to policy violations may have balances withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where winnings are found to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means, those funds will not be returned. Self-exclusion requests made in connection with responsible gaming concerns are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player.
8. Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
All content on the taya666 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya666 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of taya666. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
